Hello everyone!
We wanted to share our upcoming program through Jumpstart, YOUth in Sport Volleyball Skills! This program aims to offer sport to individuals who may not otherwise have access due to various barriers. It is a free 8-week program with no TCAG membership required. We will be offering programs for youth grades 4-12, female and female-identifying youth grades 7-12, 2SLGBTQIA+ youth aged 9-18 years, adults accompanying youth aged 6-12 years, and young adults aged 18-25. Please see the attached posters for each program for more information and feel free to share with your community!
We are also currently looking for instructors, specifically for our 2SLGBTQIA+ program. We’d really love to have someone from the Niagara LGBTQ+ community as the instructor for the LGBTQ2I+ sessions that run Wednesday night, although not a requirement. I have attached the job description for the role for you to share with someone who may be interested.
