The theme of this year’s conference is “Case Updates and Practical Tips.”
Medical Negligence is an area of law that is very challenging, complex, and expensive, and counsel for the defendants is typically highly skilled and experienced. Our Risky Business event aims to provide our attendees with tips on how and what to anticipate when navigating this area of law and the fundamental concepts you need to get started or build your practice in the complicated field of law.
Presentations and seminars will explore prior cases and make references to recent court decisions to provide a practical learning experience. Attendees will hear from various professionals in the field as they speak to case updates and the necessary strategies needed to better understand the complicated nature of medical negligence files with the ultimate end goal of obtaining the best outcomes for clients.
Risky Business is a CPD-accredited Medical Malpractice Conference that aims to educate lawyers, law clerks, health care practitioners, and others who wish to understand the nuanced aspects of medical negligence claims.
