Leadership Niagara (LN) has a mission to inspire community action and leadership through world-class leadership programs. Presently, LN offers a 9-month Community Leadership Development Program (CLDP) to participants from the NFP, Public and Private sectors businesses in Niagara.

With well over a decade of work, we have developed over 400 graduates from 45+ local businesses in Niagara as the next generation of changemakers and community influencers.
The CLDP program invests in the current and future leaders of Niagara by providing an opportunity for program participants to explore their leadership style and practice leadership skills in a group setting, all while unlocking their intrinsic desires to become an active community leader in Niagara.

The training is designed to expand the number of individuals who accept leadership roles in business, government and social organizations to meet the future needs in the Region. Like other community leadership programs, the CLDP strengthens the bonds within the region and serves as a retention and engagement tool for our Niagara business and NFP.
The next cohort starts in October.
