Welcome The Thorold Museum to the NBOTAC!
The Thorold Museum is a dedicated center for preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of Thorold.
While the collection of over 300,000 historical artifacts, photographs, and documents is not yet on public display, they are eagerly preparing for the grand opening of the new facility. The retired firehall on Towpath Avenue is currently being renovated to become our future home, where they will offer engaging exhibits and events for visitors.
In the meantime, their administrative office on Carleton Street S. remains active as they work diligently behind the scenes. Their team is focused on digitizing the collection to share with the community online, ensuring that everyone can access and appreciate Thorold’s history. Check back regularly to see what’s new!
