Niagara Training & Employment Agency, or NTEC, is a non-profit organization that empowers people with special needs to participate more fully in community life. NTEC is guided by a volunteer Board of Trustees that generously contribute their time to ensure the success of the organization. In 1997, NTEC formed an alliance with Niagara Support Services to work towards providing a broader spectrum of services for people with special needs in Niagara.
