Please read the below message from the Thorold Public Library regarding their Annual Summer Reading Program!
At Thorold Public Library we are busy preparing our annual Summer Reading Program which promotes literacy, enhances reading skills and instills a life-long love of reading.

This year’s theme is “Natural World”. Local children will use their imaginations to involve themselves with the Summer Reading Program through participation in fun and interactive games, activities, crafts, special guests, events and contests. Registration is free of charge and open to children of all ages.

We are also preparing a Reading Club for Teen and Adult participants that involves a BINGO card game in which readers receive a prize for completing a ‘row’ of books.  We hope to reach all potential audiences through both of these programs.

You are invited to support our programs through a donation from your place of business. We hope that you will consider supporting the library Summer Reading Program.  If you are interested in donating a prize, please drop off your prize by Friday, June 28th at 5:00 p.m.

Thank you for your support- The Thorold Public Library
